The documentary, directed by award-winning filmmaker Muhal Richard Abrams, delves into Jeffreys' life and music, revealing his struggles with racism, addiction, and industry indifference. It features interviews with Jeffreys, his family, friends, and fellow musicians, as well as rare archival footage.
